Taking place in a kind of "internal space," populated by living ideas, Voices utilizes broken typography within the context of an equally broken narrative to examine an existence in which identity and self have become, themselves, imaginary, but have allowed human thought and feeling to reshape the very nature of perceptual reality. Language is given a new, unfamiliar shape: complete freedom to explore the framework of an intricate semiotic landscape.

Sunshine in the Valley is about the creation of life after the extinction of time. Taking place in a village surrounded by living walls, in which existence has become a frame of mind, a way of thinking, the narrative centers around a group of “childlike entities” whose age, like most everything in the world around them, eventually gets brought into question. Everything is alien, strange, and beautiful, as if written in hieroglyphics, illuminated by light, within a framework of existential clarity—or, perhaps, the shadow of that clarity, stipulated by its absence.

The Pain Eater is the story of two brothers from Michigan reunited after the death of their father. 
They’ve never been close, but now they have to live together—and it gets more difficult when one discovers a strange creature, vomited from the body of a dead cat. A creature that eats human pain. It feels good: too good. Soon he wants to hurt himself more, just so the pain can be taken away. But the more the creature becomes a part of his life, the more he damages everything around him. Some wounds are too deep to ever heal.
