In this environment Charles learned to excel and achieve in spite of the existing conditions.Following a very successful military career spanning eleven years, Charles earned his Masters degree and went on to form his own training and consulting firm. Despite the advice from friends and community leaders that ventures such as his, where he had to convince predominantly white managers in corporations to use his services, he could not succeed, Charles persisted in following his dream.Against such a backdrop, Charles king became one of America's most stirring and inspirational speakers and consultants.Charles King went on to provide services to such organizations as: Allen Bradley, Babcock & Wilcox, Firestone Tire and Rubber, General Electric, The former Goodyear Aerospace, The States of North Carolina and Ohio, Ohio Bell, Indiana Bell, US Office of Personnel and USEPA, and others.Rebounding from terminal illness, the death of a son to suicide, going broke, and numerous other setbacks, Charles King has developed and sure outlook that comes through in personal confidence and faith.
