This method, Bacon's famous Art of Discovery, is explained in this fascinating book, as is Arcadia, one of the primary mystery names given to the state of the world in a Golden Age. Four hundred years ago, Francis Bacon spelled out for the very first time, in scientific terms, the truth which the sages of all times have known and tried to teach the largely unsympathetic, uncomprehending world.
