<p>Out to Lunch (OTL) Animal Cartoons takes an exclusive look at the OTL cartoons featuring animals. The idiom "Out to Lunch" (OTL) means crazy or out of touch with the reality, so that seemed a fitting strip name for my single-panel general comic.
