This collection of Kent Kamron's frontier stories is the second in a series of adventures set in the Old West, circa 1860-1900. Cowboys amble up lonesome cattle trails where trouble is brewing, posses chase down bandits and bank robbers, and some downright mean killers lie in wait of judgement day. 
 These stories take place over a vast part of America, stretching from Canada to Texas and from Minnesota to Montana. Forts Butford, Caspar and Fetterman are the sites for some calvary stories, where soldiers portrayed an ominous presence. Scattered about, the Blackfeet, Arapaho and Sioux Indians stand fast and protective, leery of the white man's invasion of their land. 
 These tales are about the colorful characters who lived and died during the westward movement, some white, some black, some Indian. The overriding theme of revenge and justice is prevalent in these lively tales in which the men and women end up either heroes or victims.

 Is it Floyd Pella, the barber? Floyd Pella notices most everything, from his barbershop window, transpiring up and down Main Street. 
 Is it Kyle Fredrickson, one of the local Realtors? He is observed in the Cushing neighborhood many times, has some enemies. 
 Is it Fred Cook owner and operator of the Vacuum Cleaner shop? He is unhappy and is in conflict with the local bankers.
