Basic information on distillation - the process of how one hundred kilos of the lavender plant ends up as a 1-kilo bottle of lavender essential oil. The importance of using these powerful essential oils with respect and why they always need to be diluted before use. In this section, Maggie lists 21 antiviral essential oils that are safe to use, inexpensive to purchase, and easily found in high street stores as well as on the internet. Long Covid is becoming very common and Maggie suggests ways to treat the symptoms of long Covid. 
PART 3. Is all about the immune system and why it matters. Maggie details the difference between the time it takes for the replication of bacteria and the replication of viruses, making it clearly understandable why a virus can quickly disarm the immune system, oftentimes leading to death within days.
