<p>COPE is customized for you, using interactive voice response (IVR) technology. When you call the COPE phone line, you dial into our computer which "hears" the choices you make on your telephone keypad and checks the severity of your depression symptoms. COPE suggests exercises likely to help you and gives you immediate feedback on your progress.</p>
