What the Bible teaches about the role of women is a subject that can be both clearly divisive and yet clouded by the use and misuse of words. So why can't we all just agree on one interpretation about women's roles in ministry in general, and teaching and leadership in particular? Much of the answer turns on our understanding of the biblical words that are used as well as the ways we use words to convey biblical ideas as we understand them. Beyond clichés and stereotypes, this anthology seeks to represent different parts of the mosaic of Scripture regarding how men and women on mission can work together for the greater glory of God.
