Safe, decent and affordable housing can reduce homelessness that is too often associated with HIV/AIDS. HUD's HOPWA grant program provides housing assist. and related supportive services for low-income persons living with HIV/AIDS and their families. It allows communities to design long-term, comprehensive strategies that are specific to their needs. This is the first nat. evaluation of the HOPWA program. It demonstrates the great need for HOPWA, esp. among extremely low-income persons living with HIV/AIDS; describes the importance of HOPWA's flexibility in meeting a community's specific housing needs; and reports that HOPWA clients are very satisfied with their housing.

Each anatomic site in the Topography Sect. of the Internat. Class. of Disease for Oncology -- 3rd Ed. (ICD-0-3) has a corresponding summary staging scheme. Certain specific histologic types also have specific staging schemes. In some cases, sites which previously had separate guides (such as the segments of the colon) have a single staging scheme (colon), whereas some sites which previously had a single guide (e.g., larynx) have separate schemes for each sub-site of the larynx.
