At Thanksgiving, reunions, and other family celebrations, children are usually relegated to the kids' tables, while adults feast at the "big table." Poets, too, spend a lot of time at the flimsy card tables and wobbly TV trays that often constitute the kids' tables. But at some point, if they are lucky, survival and experience qualify them for the BIG TABLE. Since 2002, the Big Table Poets have literally met at a large table in a bookstore somewhere in the deep south. With this volume, Churn Dash Press welcomes you to their big table.
