To be a great man or woman, to have a name whose odor fills the world with its fragrance, is to bear with patience the buffetings of envy or malice--even while seeking to raise those barren natures to a capacity for a higher life. We should look with pitying eye on the momentary, success of all villanies, on mad ambition, and low revenge. This will bring us also to look on a kind, true, and just person, faithful to conscience and honest beyond reproach, as the only suitable fabric out of which to weave an existence fit for earth and Heaven. There is not a thing in the whole universe of Truth that is not yours right now. There is no limit to the possibility of unfoldment. There is power always available to you that is greater than any human power and superior to any combination of circumstances. The thought which is in accord with God is allied to omnipotence. Thought cannot be restricted in its power if it is correct.". On the subject of "Time and Age" he tells us, "Mrs. Eddy says never record ages. Age should be and, when properly understood, is filled with more power, wisdom, and victory than youth. Spiritual life demonstrates unswerving Principle more fully and perfectly every day. Instead of losing one's faculties with the illusion of time, as one grows in Love his activity increases, his spiritual sense becomes more acute, his intelligence and perception are greater. Onward and upward in a permanent NOW man's way must be.
