He holds onto the dreams and memories of his ancestors who depend on him to live out their prayers and destiny in a world that might seem impossible to have such hope. Bennett soon learns and holds onto the fact that captivity lives in the mind. He does not give up on the fact that his Spirit Man can live in freedom. Bennett begins a journey to freedom when he realizes that love, hope and faith are his arsenals of warfare. He builds a family bond and relationship with the captives of the Slave Master and the Master's kin which cannot be broken by whips or chains. The love of his new found family sets him on a journey and adventure that transcends generations. Let’s listen.

<p>Forgive Us Our Trespasses explores the lives of two young people who dared to live by the boundaries that society had forced upon so many like them. Roscoe and Carrie Jean ventured into a world that gave them the opportunity to experience that which only seemed to be a fantasy of dreams in their old world. Carrie Jean became the independent and defiant woman that had not yet been realized by many women of her day and time. She soon realized that she had come a long way, baby. Because of his love and loyalty to his beloved Carrie Jean, Roscoe was able to say goodbye to the familiar and safety he found in his childhood. Nothing could deter these two in their search for Heaven. They would ask for forgiveness later.</p>
