It will help users of this guide to avert common pitfalls and increase their odds for outstanding success. Lastly, this version offers new content on several topics, including Contracts; Cost estimation; Building Information Modeling (BIM); and Electronic communication. This is version 2.0 of the Design Management Guide published in 2011.
