The book then showcases each of the classes (A-1 through A-5), detailing the differences and  how they were used, and including some information on dispositions. Illustrated throughout with photos (both black and white and color, showing everything from construction to action shots), diagrams, and drawings (including a beautiful colored foldout of No. 2607). With an excellent discussion of paint schemes over the year plus guide to painting models and a discussion of where to acquire model locomotives. With bibliography. 100 pages.</p>
