Im Rahmen der Betreuung von Patient/inn/en mit eingeschr nkter Transportf higkeit der Lymphgef e sind sowohl eine konsequente konventionelle Therapie als auch die ganzheitliche Betreuung und Begleitung vorrangig. Das Wohlbefinden der Patient/inn/en soll sichergestellt und damit eine Verbesserung der Lebensqualit t erm glicht werden. Gerade Patient/inn/en mit Mammakarzinom suchen h ufig nach erg nzenden M glichkeiten auf dem Komplement ren Bereich. Zu solchen Methoden z hlt Therapeutic Touch(R), welches mittels "Handauflegung" Erleichterung verschiedenster Krankheitsbilder bewirken soll. Um die Wirksamkeit von Therapeutic Touch(R) evidenzbasiert zu belegen, wurde Literatur f r die vorliegende Arbeit in der Datenbank PubMed ausgew hlt und nach den Kriterien von Behrens und Langer analysiert. Studien belegen, dass diese komplement re Pflegemethode enormes Potential hat, Symptome zu reduzieren und Nebenwirkungen zu vermindern. Ebenso werden das Wohlbefinden und die Lebensqualit t der Betroffenen positiv beeinflusst.
