This scheme, for which Bacon devised a special method to enable it to be carried out, was the dream of the Rosicrucian sages and their disciples since the golden days of Atlantis. This method, Bacon's famous Art of Discovery, is explained in this fascinating book, as is Arcadia, one of the primary mystery names given to the state of the world in a Golden Age. Four hundred years ago, Francis Bacon spelled out for the very first time, in scientific terms, the truth which the sages of all times have known and tried to teach the largely unsympathetic, uncomprehending world. The whole Arcadian imagery and allegory is that of a Utopia or Paradise on earth that might be achieved.....are we, now, living at the beginning of this long-awaited 'New Age' envisioned by Bacon?
