When Rita's oldest and dearest friend, Donna, a rich and powerful socialite complicates matters with her own brand of seduction, the chase begins. Dale, the Louisville Baptist landlord and long-time Higgins family confidant, and the outrageous Derek add their own blend to the chaotic mix when all characters collide for the final twists of fate.

Our fifth-floor walk-up was suddenly the perfect pied-a-terre, with its wooden floors, exposed brick walls and exclusive roof rights. But what to do with our windfall once we flipped the apartment?
