The Grouch with the Pouch is a children's story which  takes place around Christmas time.  The Grouch is a seemingly  unfriendly character who lives at the edge of town and has a repair  business.  He is gruff and antisocial.    There are morals, and lessons for children all written in rhymes.    Children love the illustrations.    A great book for grandparents and parents to read to their children. A  shared experience that will help children to read.
