This format makes Paradise Cay’s Rules about half the size of the government edition and eliminates the redundancy found in the Government edition. The other contribution added to help when studying the Rules or using it for reference is an annotated table of contents. This addition will guide readers to a desired rule. The topic of each subsection has been noted for quick reference along with the page numbers for Inland and International Rules. With all these added benefits provided in Paradise Cay’s edition of Navigation Rules they are still able to offer it at $9.95, the Government edition lists for $14.95.
