It is a balanced book, outlining how to use the core features of Microsoft Project 2002 to create and status both un-resourced and resourced schedules in a single project environment. It is aimed to take the user quickly to an intermediate skill level in the use of Microsoft Project 2002 by not becoming involved in the features that are not commonly used or needed for traditional project scheduling.
