They focused on particularly graphic "crime and horror" comic books of the day, and their potential impact on juvenile delinquency. This volume contains the full text of the difficult to find United States government document reporting the testimony before the subcommittee with the addition of the original text of the Comics Code. Changes made to the code in the 1970s and 1980s are not included.
