Finally it includes the Pledge of Allegiance to the Earth Federation that was approved at the Seventh Session of the Provisional World Parliament. These documents are supplemented by an Introduction, extensive commentary, and several essays by the President and officers of the World Constitution and Parliament Association. The entire volume investigates the numerous global crisis faced by humanity in the twenty-first centruy and presents many reasons why the only practical solution to today's catastrophic world order is ratification of the Earth Constitution.</p>
