April 2006 is the 100th anniversary of the worldwide revival that started in an old Methodist Church building on Azusa Street in Los Angeles, California. The event will be celebrated April 25-28th, 2006 at the Los Angeles Coliseum and will be attended by believers worldwide. Azusa Street has long been a cherished book in the Bridge-Logos library, and in cooperation with the Azusa Street committee, Bridge-Logos is republishing it as a collector's Centennial Edition.

"From Plow to Pulpit" tells the story of noted Azusa Street historian, Frank Bartleman, before the Pentecostal revival began in Los Angeles. This book, volume ten in the Complete Azusa Street Library, actually contains two of Bartleman's autobiographical works, "From Plow to Pulpit" and "My Story: the Latter Rain." The reader will learn of Bartleman's childhood, his conversion and his call to ministry. Bartleman faced many struggles as he preached the gospel under many severe circumstances. Through it all, Bartleman overcame to be an effective gospel preacher. Anyone interested in the Azusa Street revival will want to know the whole story of the author who faithfully reported the move of God to the whole world.

"How Pentecost Came to Los Angeles" is the twelfth and final book in the Complete Azusa Street Library. It has been published several times with different edits and with a number of titles, but to complete the series Christian Life Books has published the original unedited text with the original title. This is the first book that told the story of the revival and Bartleman was not only an eyewitness but a participant. Dr. Stanley Horton was kind enough to furnish a foreword for the book. Dr. Horton's mother attended the Azusa revival and his grandfather Elmer Fischer was a major player.

The Complete Azusa Street Revival is a set of 12 books about the historic Pentecostal Revival. The books cover every aspect of the revival. The first book is a biography of William J Seymour and a history of the revival. Volumes 2-4 are testimony books. Each comtains eye witness accounts of the revival.
