These two short pieces of medium difficulty were composed by Francisco Tárrega, best known for his Recuerdos de la Alhambra. Both Lágrima and Adelita are written in ABA form, with Lágrima (the name means tear in Spanish) following a major-minor-major pattern and Adelita a minor-major-minor pattern.
