Comment: First time buyer here.I ordered The Unfinished Nation a concise history of the American people by Allen Brinkley volume 2 7th edition. Photo matched. Advertised as 7th edition so i bought it.they sent me the 8th edition with a completely different photo and said it was my fault. They did not compensate me for anything but they did make sure to ask for their book back. Waste of time. I am completely disappointed and to top it off they don't have 7th edition in stock anymore.Thanks for nothing chegg.

Comment: On two separate occasions I purchased or rented books. Shipping was pretty fast, although the box my latest book came in was a bit managed with the bottom flap out and open inside.

Comment: Emezia in customer service spent the better part of a half hour on the phone with me resolving a lost textbook. She went out of her way to make sure I felt heard, and at the end of the call we had a very positive resolution. This interaction made it more likely that I will return to Chegg in the future for a textbook rental need.
