Comment: The problem with BooksRun is their mandatory insurance. You go to their site thinking that you are going to get $14.00 for your book, but in reality you are getting $12.50 after they charge you for insurance that you might not want. Other than the above, I've had good experiences with BooksRun.

Comment: I stopped sending them book 3 years ago because I got tired of them constantly downgrading the books I sent. I gave them another try with 3 books and they claimed it MIGHT be counterfeit. Don't be fooled by them having the highest price. They won't honor it. I have never had a book denied for being counterfeit and I sell a lot of books. Below is the header on my order history with Sellbackyourbooks for perspective. Order History You have placed 1080 sell back orders with us! That is a lot of books : )

Comment: Consistently pays less than the quoted price. They do have an easy-to-use platform, but you better sell quickly because the prices drop quickly and within your cart. Their grading criteria is rough. They will grade a brand new, never used workbook or book as "good" and not "like new" nor "very good". I have often sent them books that have never been used nor have any wear on them and they will be considered "good". They do pay quickly though and offer prices when others don't.

Comment: Very unhappy that they claimed book purchased directly from publisher as counterfeit. Not sure whether this was incompetence by the processing person or outright fraud.
