Comment: Books we ordered arrived on time. Both texts were out-of-stock with the college bookstore and the semester was starting. eCampus had the resources once again to find the textbooks from independent booksellers.

Comment: If a book suddenly becomes popular because its required for courses that year, the website will increase the price of that book by $20 or more and automatically cancel any order still pending for that book, thus forcing students to re-buy the book at the increased price.
