Comment: Sent two unopened shrink wrapped books. Claimed the more expensive one hadcode accessed . Claimed it was not shrink wrapped . Returned damaged book that is all but worthless. They don't take pics. of new arrivals. How convenient.

Comment: Customer service phone number is not a working number. I shipped over $200 worth of textbooks and was sent a check for $9.25. Ripping off broke college students is a really disgusting way of making a living.

Comment: My buyback was last month, and as there wasn't a buyback review posted at that time, I was skeptical. However, I have received the full amount quoted for my books and it took only about 3 weeks for the entire transaction to process. I am going to submit another buyback soon and see how that goes.
