Comment: I sent in $79.50 worth of books according to their quote, received $15. I sell to a number of companies, this one is terrible! The books I sent in were in very good shape. A big RIPOFF!

Comment: Told me that my book had water damage when it didn't (I have photos). It's a $100+ book!

Comment: $30 worth of books for free shipping?! Nah, I'll pass. All the other companies ship for less that $10 for free. Not worth it.

Comment: Customer service phone number is not a working number. I shipped over $200 worth of textbooks and was sent a check for $9.25. Ripping off broke college students is a really disgusting way of making a living.

Comment: While I did not receive much customer support, it was not needed! Books were received and the check sent extremely quickly (they estimated it would arrive in 10 days and I believe it came in 1 day!) Would certainly use again

Comment: My buyback was last month, and as there wasn't a buyback review posted at that time, I was skeptical. However, I have received the full amount quoted for my books and it took only about 3 weeks for the entire transaction to process. I am going to submit another buyback soon and see how that goes.
