Comment: It's been nearly a month and I haven't received any communication. When I emailed to ask about my order, I was curtly told "we'll email you when your books are checked in." My order arrived three weeks ago. There are much better vendors to use. Never again.

Comment: Books received months ago, but no update to my order. Emailed for a status, reply "high season" not processed yet. I guess it's a loan now?

Comment: Was paid my full amount of my sell back within 24 of receiving my books.
