Comment: Will not use again. Proceed with caution when selling to this company. They are slow to communicate, and when they do communicate it is vague.
Comment: Three weeks after my initial problem I received an email from the owner who apologized profusely about the software glitch and sent me a coupon. I tried again and this time it worked. Let's see how the rest of the process goes. Appreciated the follow up and apology. A tentative 4 stars.
Comment: I sold a book to them on 3/14 and went to print out the free shipping label. There is a glitch on their site because when you click the "get shipping label" button, nothing happens. So there is obviously some sort of website error, since I have not been experiencing any problems on other sites. I have emailed them 4 times since 3/14 to inquire as to how to obtain a shipping label, and have not heard one word back from them. If this is how a seller is treated before sending off books, I can only assume things will get worse if communication is needed afterward.
