Barnes and Noble buyback program is handled by Textbooks.com, so I recommend selling to them directly and avoid dealing with the extra company in the middle. Their prices always match to the penny.
The Online Buyback Center manages the Sell and Buyback programs for Barnes & Noble.com. The Center also handles all customer service issues related to these processes.

|Feb 2016||I received a quote on two books and received the shipping label to ship them. I explained what the books were upfront and later received an email that they wouldn't be able to buy the Business English book that is in very good condition(without cd and was only used for an online class for 3 months). They knew anytime a book is used that the access code is no longer with the book, because I've purchased and rented from them before and have been told the same thing. I was told that if I wanted the book back I would have to pay them to have the book shipped back to me. Of course I want the book back. That book cost $260. So make sure before you ship the books to them.|
