The book presents examples of the Ethiopian community¿s successes, as well as failures in the U.S.  No radical changes either in content or in the book internal structure are introduced in this second edition. But some minor changes were made on those materials which appeared in the first edition are: rearranged, regrouped, and a biography is added. However, the opportunity has been taken to make some touch-up corrections and improvements to the explanatory text. There are also a number of textual additions providing more detailed information on certain parts of the book whose importance seemed to warrant a somewhat fuller treatment than that given in the first edition.</p>
