I don't see it mentioned anywhere on their website that they do this, so it was unexpected. Otherwise, the payment was prompt.

The 1 major problem i have with them is that when selected Paypal as your method of payment, you you will receive less of what you expected. My payment was take off $8.00; What pained me is they never disclose or warn me of this problem. They just stated: your payment is xxx, choose method: check or paypal. If they only note that there will be fee charged for paypal payment, i wouldn't choose it. (some other companies actually paid in full via Paypal)

They are fast, they sent an email when one of the books was not on the packing slip and asked me if it was accident or not. It was a packing slip I had forgotten to enclose. It was no big issue and the money was in my cold lil hands within less than a day.
