It took them three to four days to get the books (from CA) and deposit the money in my account. Most books were in great condition, however, one of the more expensive books had a messed up cover with creases and bends on the corner of the book but they still gave me full price. COOL!

All together a smooth transaction. I'd rather have cash, but as long as I'm not sending them thousands of dollars of books I generally spend enough on Amazon to use up what I'm paid for buybacks.

I would definitely use Amazon again to sell back my books! Their prices are competitive and you can actually trust them not to fudge up your order like I've experienced elsewhere.

The gift card thing is a pain in the a@@, but I'm using it for a bluetooth headset as well as toward some video games -- all at really good prices.

The processing and payment was quick and easy. Only thing I didn't like was that they only give credits to your Amazon.com account; it's great if you're planning to buy more books, but then you have to buy them through Amazon. Still, it's better than getting nothing.

They sent back 3 books with a "wrong ISBN" code. Shipping took a while from CA to NH, but payment processed very quickly once they got the books. I didn't care at all about the books I sent in - I considered them to be worthless, and was going to donate them somewhere, so I was very happy with the amount I got. No complaints.
