	Aug 2010	Outstanding!!! I mailed them three books at 4pm on day and received confirmation and payment the very next day at 2pm. I can't believe how quickly they processed the books and notified me of my payment. By the way, this was a $255 order. Absolutely the BEST!!!
	Aug 2010	I was anxious because of prior feedback, but chegg was great in my experience. Offered the highest price on the book, gave me what was quoted and quickly directly to paypal. Maybe they have changed in response to prior bad experiences. I would use them again.

	Jul 2010	I was also very hesitant to make a sale with Chegg.com when I read some of the older feedback, however, they were GREAT to deal with. I had one book that every other dealer offered at least $20 less than what Chegg offered. I went ahead and made the transaction, they emailed me multiple times to let me know where we were in the transaction stages, and then a check showed up for the full amount they offered. They even beat 2 of the more "reputable" dealers in terms of turn around time, from the book leaving me to receiving my check. Bottom line, I will definitely deal with them again.

	Feb 2010	This site gave me good payouts on all my books. More than other sites. I was very pleased. They don’t have PayPal, but that’s ok because you can get charged for that. The do send out a visa card, but before you get the card you can just transfer the fund electronically to your checking account. One of the six books came back lower than the quote so watch the quality of the book it must be very good.
	Feb 2010	Thought I would give them a try. They held onto my book for a long time until I chatted with them online and they sent me a check. You can use them, but keep an eye on them and make sure you keep track of who you talk to and what was said. Keep all of your emails and keep tabs on every bit of contact you have with them. I actually printed off the online chat I had with them so I could prove what was said if there had been a problem. Not sure I would try them again. They don't seem worth the trouble. Plus, they only send you a check if there is a problem. It would be cheaper for them to cut a check then keep sending plastic cards.
	Feb 2010	i will say this. i have sold books to textsbookrus and blue rocket books ONLY and they were amazing. So i decided to try chegg.. i sent in a $90 BRAND NEW calculus book and NEVER received payment, They simply said they never recieved it.
	Feb 2010	I sold chegg 30 books in six different orders and every single order that they processed was wrong. They put no order numbers on their checks so you can't balance your account. Will never sell them a book again. They need to stick to renting.
	Nov 2009	I had no problems with this company. I was hesitant to use them given the reviews. However, they tend to pay out much more (sometimes twice as much) for your books. Based on poor reviews, I thought the high pay out was too good to be true and only sent a few books to test it out. I was very happy with my transaction. They have an option to transfer your funds directly to your checking account through a link on the website so you don't have to deal with activating a gift card. I will definitely use them again!

I am not sure why people complain about the Visa card, I thought that was great since you can use it anywhere. These guys beat all the other prices by far!
	Oct 2009	This is the worst place to send books. They do not honor the price they quote, in addition the visa debit card card they send instead of a check is very hard to activate. On top of this one has to pay a yearly fee for the debit card. They like to fleece people. Not recommended.
	Oct 2009	NOT RECOMMENDED. They quoted $76.50 for two brand new textbooks and paid only $67.57. In addition, although I selected "cash" for the payment option, they sent a prepaid VISA card. In order to activate the card I had to agree to pay a monthly fee to VISA.
	Sep 2009	the gave me the money after waiting for three weeks, but instead of sending me a check which i selected, they gave me a money card which i would have to pay for as long as i used it and it wouldn't even activate and i could not talk to a person cuz they never gave me that option! eventually i just had to transfer the money to my bank and they gave me the money that way. never use this unless you have some time to wait for your money!

	Sep 2009	Very satisfied. Chegg quoted (and paid) very good prices. Turnaround was excellent and UPS shipping is a nice feature. Note: some people may be uncomfortable with their payment medium (Chegg Visa prepaid check card). No complaints here. It took about two minutes to activate the check card via phone. For me, it was a lot less time and trouble than a drive to the bank...Following the card activation call I immediately used the Chegg Visa card to make an online purchase; with no problems.

	Aug 2009	I will make comment very plain. Do not sell your books to Chegg.com. The Visa debt card that they send will not right and you will lose money on the deal. I've tried to use the card that I have three time and it only worked once. How hard is it for them to just send a check or use PayPal like all the other companies that buyback books.

Seems like making getting actual payment more trouble than it's worth...maybe that's their hope! I cannot recommend this company...avoid if possible.

	Jul 2009	I had a pretty good experience with Chegg. They provide good communication along each step of the way. Shipping via UPS which is much faster and more reliable than USPS. My books only took 3 days to arrive. It then took another day or two for them to decide how much they were actually going to pay. And then it took a few more days for the prepaid visa card to arrive in the mail. Overall, it worked well and I got paid pretty quickly. I will use them again.
	Jul 2009	My second time using Chegg was still good, but not as good as the first time. They downgraded my book from New to 'Looks Like New' and then to 'Like New' which reduced the quoted price by 20%. In general, I'd recommend not ever counting on receiving the 'New' price from them. I was expecting them to add value to my existing Chegg card, but instead got a second card. I might have used a different email address when selling the second time though, so I may have done that wrong. Also, I find it humorous that they try to be all 'Green' and plant a tree for every book, yet their packing list and shipping label takes three pages to print with tons of blank space. It would be easy enough to fit it all on a single page.
	Jul 2009	These people are absolute crooks! They will not pay the price that they originally quote. I have sent them two books twice, and every time they reduced the price by 25%! My books were unused and unopened. Avoid these people at all cost. Go to the other buyers, at least you will know you will not be ripped off when you are in their hands. If you do not believe me, try them and find out for yourself!
	Jul 2009	I sent them two books in brand new condition and both times they reduced the price from what was quoted originally. When I wrote back to ask the reason for price reduction, they said they only pay the quoted price for shrink wrapped books! Even the publishers and booksellers do not send shrink-wrapped books. Chegg only lures in the seller to make a sale just to rip them off. And what is all this about planting a tree for every sale! I can plant my own trees, thank you very much! CROOKS! I will never sell to them again.

	Mar 2009	This site was good. I had an old englsih literature book that was just sitting in my book shelf. They gave me $22 dollars which was decent cash. It has to print of a FREE Shipping label and drop the box off at a UPS Box and my money came with about 5 days. IT was pretty fast ans easy and legitimite. I'd do it again! This site was GREAT
