Oct 2009 | I was very disappointed with this buy back company. It took forever to get a payment (all of the other companies had paid me 3 weeks earlier) and the payment was half of what was quoted. There was no e-mail or explanation. I deal in books and am exceptionally picky about the quality and know that the books they received were in excellent shape. I will not deal with them again. |

Apr 2009 | this site and ecampus are the same people and they are horrible business owners, probably the worst companies on the net as far as recieving payment, reply,s from them seem to be a joke to them "expect payment in 6-8 weeks , have a great day" sure that will really make my day happier |

Jan 2009 | I wish I had read these other feedbacks before I sent them my books, because I never got paid. At first they said ' Thank you for contacting customer service. I apologize for the delay, however, your check has been issued and should be mailed out by the end of the week. You should be receiving it soon. I, again, apologize for the delay and appreciate your patience. " No check ever came, and when I wrote again, they sent me the exact same email another time. No check came this time either. Now, I get no answer at all to any email I write them. I'm pretty upset, but since this whole deal has been dragging out for three months, I guess I've gotten over it. I suppose that's their method of operation - wear out their opponent. Anyway, DON'T send them your books - there are plenty of honest buyers listed on the bookscouter page. Let these jerks just crawl under a rock somewhere. |

Dec 2008 | Here is my experience with these people - I was never paid for my books. They received my buyback and told me that "processing" would take six weeks. After two months had passed, I emailed them. They said "a check will be mailed to you this week". After two more weeks had passed, and still no check, I emailed again - no answer. I have emailed several times since, and have received no response, nor a payment. They have "testimonials" on their website. I would like them to post mine. |

Dec 2008 | I was very unhappy with the "service" I received from these people. It took almost 2 months and repeated emailing to finally get paid. And according to them, this is "normal". If you deal with them, don't say you weren't warned. |

Dec 2008 | Totally Bogus ! Getting on for 2 months and still no payment ! And yes, they did receive my books, and yes, they do return my emails, but what's the point, when they have my stuff and they won't pay for it ( until maybe they sell them all and can afford it ) |

Nov 2008 | " As it states on our website, from the date your books are received, buyback processing may take anywhere from 4-6 weeks" They mean it - well over a month and still no light at the end of the tunnel. But guess what, folks, it doesn't REALLY require that amount of time to look through a box of books. Textbooks.com will do the same job in 2 - 3 days, BooksValue will do it in ONE DAY, many other sites ditto. I would not send books to this site, unless you have time to burn |
