	Jul 2010	Took almost 3 months for them to pay 20 dollars. I have sold several books to other vendors with no problems. This vendor was the only one I had to contact for payment. Iwill not send them any books anymore.Not worth the hassle
	Jul 2010	I sent in books on April 1, 2, 17, and 26. I have received no money. I have emailed them at least twice and have had no response. That's $178.91. In the past, I have received my money in about a month...but this is ridiculous.
	Jun 2010	I mailed them books on April 2, 2010. I received an email on April 8, 2010 saying they received the books and the order was being processed. Their site says orders take 1-2 business days to process and no more than 10 days until payment is issued. On April 29th (3 weeks after they say they received my books) I emailed them asking where my payment was. I received no reply and they received another email on May 4, 2010 (over a month from when I sent them books) saying the exact same thing as the email they sent me on April 8, 2010. Don't send them anything!
	Jun 2010	I sent my book and after about 3 or 4 weeks went by without receiving a check, I emailed them. They responded immediately and issued a check that day, which I received in the mail a few days later. Sad that I had to contact them, but they were very cooperative and prompt once I did.
	May 2010	My books were received on April 7th all in good condition,I received an email on the 12th stating that the books were received in good condition and the order was being processed. I have sent emails reqesting the status and have received no response as of May 5th.

	Apr 2010	DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will take your books and never pay you. Tried multiple e-mails to no avail. They really should be reported to the Better Business Bureau! I read the mixed reviews and thought I would be one of the lucky ones. Only sent one book, they acknolwedged they received it in good condition and yet, never received payment. STAY AWAY DO NOT SEND THEM YOUR BOOKS!!!
	Nov 2009	PLEASE READ ALL THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. i like so many others got screwed by this "company," i sent 3 separate packages but they claim to never receive them. they stopped answering emails. save your books and money, do business elsewhere.
	Nov 2009	I noticed that after reading some of the other feedback, my comment is the same. I have not received 4 orders, saying they cancelled the orders because they had expired due to not receiving my books. How can someone not receive 4 separate orders? The emails they sent didn't even match up to what I had sent in. For example, one order was 2 books I was selling for $13.18. Their email said my order was for 4 books for $111.16 They don't even know what they are doing there. I sent them over 6 emails requesting for them to contact me, to no avail. Beware of a company without a phone number.
	Nov 2009	I did not receive payment for over a month, so I contacted them (half expecting them to not respond or to deny that they received the book, based on feedback here). But they (specifically, Tim) did quickly respond, apologized for messing up (no real explanation beyond that), and sent payment to paypal within a day. So it ended up okay, but it was not as smooth as my experience with some other sites (which paid me within 1-2 weeks without any prodding on my part)
	Nov 2009	I sent 2 shipments on Sept 18 amounting to $62.76 and $12.66....Total $75.42. I received an email today, 11/12, telling me they never received either box of books and they cancelled my order. Wish I would have read about this company before I lost this much money.
	Nov 2009	I sent two lots of books to them. Both times they claim they did't recieve the books. I sent other books to other campanies at the same times with no problems.
	Nov 2009	Just got an email from them as well saying that it has been more than 45 days and they haven't received my books, so they are cancelling my order. I've had several orders with other companies that received my books and paid promptly. This place is a scam!!!
	Oct 2009	I sent an item on 09/08/09. I received an e-mail from the company saying they were cancelling my order because they never received the item. Funny thing is that I have a stamped "Merchandise Return Mailing Acknowledgment" receipt from the post office. Interestingly enough, this company owes me $56.21 and they cancel my order!!! Sounds like a scam to me. I sent other things out to other companies at the same time and have already received my check. Based on this experience, I don't think they have computer problems....seems funny they keep having the same problems over and over again! Beware! I don't recommend this company!!!
	Sep 2009	I sent 4 books back in The beginning og July and I just got paid finally today 9/3/09. During this time I have made 3 round of shipping using other companies and have been paid for all of my orders well befor this company. I tried emailing them but I never got a reply. I will never use them again when I can stick to my core group that I know will pay me fast. CKY, Textbooksrus, Powells, Abes, Jitterbooks, and Firstclassbooks.
	Aug 2009	I sent 3 books June 25 because of great feedback comments here and on other sites about SellYourBooks4Cash. I had not heard from them by Aug 13, checked the feedback and found summer comments to be very negative. I e-mailed them; Tim responded immediately with apologies and said the check was in the mail. I received the check Aug 16 for the full amount. Stuff happens; it's not easy to run a business. The problem got solved. I wiil happily send them more books!
	Aug 2009	** BOOKSCOUTER NOTE ** I have a contact at SellYourBooks4Cash.com who I have been in communication with since receiving all of these complaints. Evidently they had some computer problems and lost much of their database containing customer and order information. I think all of these previous complaints have eventually been resolved. 	Aug 2009	I sent a text on August 3 and have not received payment or replies to any of my emails. I have sent 3. They are not accredited through the BBB of Dallas/Ft. Worth, but I filed a complaint anyway. I have also asked bookscouter if it is possible to remove this company from their search as it appears to be 100% fraudulent. I am hopeful to receive my money, but am not convinced it will come.
	Aug 2009	They took almost 2 months to send my check, but surprisingly, they did deliver. After not seeing any payment after 1 month, I emailed, and they never responded. Their customer service isn't satisfactory, but they do send you a check...eventually.

This company, SellYourBooks4Cash is apparently also known as New Turning Point. Stay clear of anyplace having anything to do with New Turning Point.
	Jul 2009	Wish I had never heard of this site. More than $250 worth of books gone without an explanation. They don't pay and they don't respond. But beware, new book orders are still accepted. Anything you send in you will lose. Anybody going to Dublin, Texas, look them up and punch somebody in the nose for me.

I keep getting "check is in the mail"each time I inquire. I will never do business with this company again.I do business with online companies all the time and this one sucks!!

	Mar 2009	I have had great experience with this company they have a very quick turn around and the emails kept me informed every step of the way... I think they even track the exact location of the delivery person.:>) Within a week I was paid.
