Excellent email communication and check came a couple weeks later. I did put books in a plastic bag in the box to make sure no water damage could occur from the post office.

Of course it was the big dollar packages such as paid for 20 dollar book but not the 69 dollar book. I have had no communications with them. So I suggest insure your package with this company.

The day they recieved my books which took about 4 days from the day i mailed them, I recieved emailed that said they had recieved them. And then on Memorial day I recieved the exact amount in my paypal. I will continue to use this company as well as a few others.

I sent in a valuable book and they said was not in the condition that they require. The book was a very unique and valuable book then if you want the items back they charge $3.99 which is much more than the actual shipment of the book. Don't get hosed by this company.

However, if your order is marked as being "manually processed" for some reason, be prepared for your emails requesting an explanation to be ignored. My order was received on the 2nd. It was marked for "manual processing" and four emails later I still don't know why.

According to them, when they finally responded after 3 requests, they didn't. Well, you can guess what happened. I never got my check, and IT SEEMS like they kept the books.

They sent emails indicating they had received the book and informed me that they would process the payment in three days (it actually only took one). Very professional.

I've sold quite a few times to them, and they pay quickly ( unlike many others who delay, delay, delay ), they don't offer one price and then pay another ( as long as your books are in Good condition ), they reimburse you for shipping, they offer PayPal ( much much faster than a check ) and they are decent, professional, honest people. Textbooks.com, Cash4Books, BooksValue and these folks (SellBackYourBook.com) are the best of the bunch
