Company has a bad habit of not checking in/updating orders. Had to notify them that a buyback marked as unreceived by them had in fact been delivered a week earlier.
Tried leaving same feedback over a month ago, but it was never put up.
They had this issue going back 2 years with my orders. I deal with such high volume/turnover that I didn't discover it until perusing my account on their site. Over 20 buybacks were in limbo.
|Mar 2014||I received the amount I was quoted within 24 hours of them receiving shipment. I did not receive any notifications that my order was processing or received, but otherwise a great transaction. I just kept checking my shipping confirmation and PayPal account for updates!|

I sent them a book that was brand new but had sat on my shelves for 10 years.....they rejected it for poor condition? It had shelf wear on the back cover but was otherwise new. I took pictures and emailed them....to their credit, they apologized and paid me for the book and several others that had similar issues. We all make mistakes, to their credit, they fixed what they caused.... I give them bonus points because they were willing to admit they were wrong.....that's unusually ethical in today's book world.|

Because of the volume I deal with I am very well aware of the importance of the condition and often ask myself "would I buy that used book in that condition" If there is any doubt it does not get sent in to any company. During the past 2-3 months just about every order has an issue. I am tired of them rejecting books that I know are in good condition. Tired of having to contact customer service. I will be eliminating sell back from my go to vendors.|

Sent book in perfect condition - received email stating the book didn't meet their condition requirements...but not sure which requirement because I doubled checked the requirements before I sent it in based on these other reviews.
I paid the 3.99 to have my book returned. I only sent the one book as a test run....no way I will use this company again. They are not legitimate...don't waste your time!!

Also it appeared they paid less for a book (which was new, read once) than originally quoted. I would not utilize them again. When the did pay, the did pay within a two-weeks.|

I sent them an inventory listing from my bookstore which closed and heard from them once, saying they would forward the list to their "IT Guy" who would review it and they would get back to me. It's been two months and I have heard nothing back!|

This pissed me off because the book was in perfect condition when i shipped it. After an email asking them to tell me what was wrong with my book, they replied telling my that after reassessing my book they would accept it and pay me the full amount.|

|Sep 2012||Luckily I was paid the full amount, but the turnaround to get my money left me feeling like I was about to be scammed. It took over a month from when my books were shipped to receive the money via Paypal. They told me the wait was due to USPS being slow in shipping them the book, however I have never had USPS take 15 days to ship something even when it was sent across the country. They also offered no other means of shipping so USPS was what I had to use. Once they verified they received the book, it took an additional 2 weeks to be paid. I have used many other buyback companies, and was paid within a week. It took a month with this company.|
|Sep 2012||I have dealt with this company three times over the past year and I was paid the quoted amount every time. No adjustments whatsoever. I also like the fact that their prepaid USPS label comes with tracking ( FedEx is free for buyback over $50 or if you pay $3). Like Chegg and Textbooksrus ( probably the two fastest payers), this company also pays quickly (always a huge plus in my book) by Paypal which is usually within 1-3 days of delivery. I recommend using this company if you like getting paid fast.|
