After your buyback order is received, it usually takes 2-3 business days to check-in your books plus an additional 5-10 business days to issue payment via check and 1 business day to issue payment via PayPal or Store Credit. During peak buyback periods, processing may take longer. If you select store credit, you will receive 5% more on your buyback.

Comment: I do not recommend using Textbookrush as they do not package properly. A company shouldn't place a book that cost nearly $70 into a thin plastic bag and expect it to arrive intact at its destination. Then, to rub salt in the wound, Textbookrush's system DOES NOT provide free return shipping for books that have been damaged due to their poor packaging methods.

Comment: I didn't get buyback, since they so-called claimed using water damaged excused. My book was in good condition. The book is worth over $45 on Amazon, but they didn't pay 11.19 buyback. I won't use them again. Worst customer service.
