	Jul 2010	It is unfortunate that bookscouter.com hasn't been able to use this site. I have used them repeatedly over the last year and had no real problems. It seems that others have had problems with their prices being downgraded, but as far as I have seen with my sales in the past, even FB's "used" prices have been higher than the competition's. They send you packaging, they pay for shipping, they typically pay the most for books, and they pay by direct deposit (so the money is usually in my acct the day after they RECEIVE the books)!!! For my time and money it doesn't get much easier, or better!!
	Aug 2009	Sent them an absolutely 100% brand new, never-opened book but they say it was USED. Called customer service, they refused to help. Claimed that their receiving department never makes mistakes. They ripped me off, plain and simple.
	Apr 2009	I sent them three brand new textbooks that I don't believe I had even opened and they graded them all as used! Avoid this book seller!
	Jan 2009	I had the same experience of my brandnew books being downgraded to used state. So before you sell compare their used prices with new prices of others.
	Dec 2008	Very quick and efficient. When I have had questions, they have answered them promptly. I do have to agree about the downgrading of books. I have had brand new books, barely even touched by me, that were downgraded to used. Other than that, though, I am pleased with this company and continue to use them after some bad experiences selling books elsewhere (Amazon Marketplace, etc.).
	Dec 2008	I will be using them again. They are fast and they have awesome customer service. I called up and changed from ezpay to check via mail and it still was very fast.
	Dec 2008	A good company in some ways (OK prices, rapid feedback, prompt pay by direct deposit), not so good in others (instead of allowing entry of several ISBNs at once, they require tedious book by book entries; they have high prices for "new" books and much lower prices for "used" and often downgrade new books to used condition.)
	Oct 2008	Facultybooks.com undercuts its prices to sellers by downgrading the condition of books upon arrival at the warehouse. Books that have never been off the shelf are described as "shelf worn" and thus used. While I appreciate the fast payment and free packing, I do not like the company's policy on condition.
	Jul 2008	Wonderful. They can send you boxes, if you want, but you have to request them. My check arrived before the boxes did. I just used a box that I had around the house. It was no major problem. I would sell to them again.
	Jul 2008	Awesome!!!! They are kinda medium about prices but they pay fast with in a day of getting the books. They will even send you boxes to send them the books they want.. along with tape and air pockets to keep the books safe. Recheck the web site daily one day they might not take the book then the next day they do.
