	Aug 2010	Awesome company. Sent my books in and I got my check in about a week. The whole process only took 2 weeks.
	Feb 2010	i sent my books in way before xmas and i still have not heard anything. i have called and emailed and no answer. now i am out over 200$. that is ridiculous how they have took advantage of us, we are in college trying to make it now they are selling our books without paying us what we deserve
	Feb 2010	Textbookwheel.com is a total scam... I sent them a book that I was quoted 15 dollars for and then only recieved 2 dollars. This is more then some people I have read about who dont get ANY money but it is still a complete scam. I have tried Emailing them as well as calling and no one has responded. I would highly suggest everyone to steer clear.

	Mar 2009	DO NOT USE TEXTBOOKWHEEL.COM!! SENT MY BOOKS OUT ON JANUARY 16, IT'S NOW FEBRUARY 24 AND I MY ORDER STATUS STILL SAYS AWAITING SHIPMENT. KNOW FOR A FACT THAT THEY WEREN'T LOST!! HAVE TRIED TO E-MAIL AND CONTACT THEM BY PHONE, NO ANSWER AND NO RESPONSE. AND FOR THE PEOPLE THAT DO GIVE THEM A HIGH RATING, USE YOUR HEAD PEOPLE, THEY ARE PROBALLY INVOLVED IN THE SCAM. I AM IN THE PROCESS OF REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB AND IF I HAD TIME AND THE MONEY, I WOULD WATCH JUSTICE UNFOLD IN MY FAVOR..EVEN THOUGH IT WAS ONLY $36. I WOULD LOVE NOTHING MORE THAN TO SEE THEIR "COMPANY" PROSECUTED AND BEHIND JAIL DOORS FOR THE REST OF THEIR LIVES!

	Jan 2009	Said my package got lost. They are full of crap. It just doesn't happen. I am out $165. Liars and crooks. Actually they said it was "busted open, broken and empty." I will defiently just sell the back at school I can trust them, but not this awful site.
	Jan 2009	I don't know why these other people are calling TextbookWheel a scam. I sent my books out on December. 31st and got my money on January. 24th. The process does take a long time but overall, I was pretty satisfied with their services.
	Jan 2009	I was trying to sell my textbooks back and glad I did some research before I just sent them away. TEXTBOOKWHEEL.com is a SCAM!!!!!!!!! Dont believe me? try calling the phone number on the website. Its the personal cell phone number of some women who answered the phone and said I had the wrong number. Trust me, I didnt.

I sent my book off using their prepaid mailing label on November 29, got a shipment received email from them on December 9, and a Paypal payment on December 12. Overall, it was a hassle-free experience and I would do business again with them. Thanks!
	Dec 2008	I tried them with a couple of cheap books first, and when that went OK, I sent them a big order. They say they never got it. I don't believe them, since when I reported them to the BBB, I found that there were several other unresolved negative reports. Be careful, get delivery confirmation, and insure your package. They got me for $178.

	Aug 2008	The ease of obtaining a price quote and mailing back the books was wonderful. However, I received only 1/3 of the price quoted. I returned 3 books, two in excellent, unmarked condition and was only paid for one book. DO NOT use this site!
	Jun 2008	I will never use this website again ...PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU DO!!!... I sent my books to them @ the end of may and I have yet to receive confirmation that they have them or a payment!! I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but its july now! I continue to call and get no answer and i left a message and no one has called me back
	May 2008	Textbookwheel has been the easiest website to deal with in terms of selling the book to them,and they do offer the best price of all websites I've searched. However; it's been almost 3 weeks now and have yet to receive a payment from them. I called twice, and the first time they told me to give it a little time to get there, the second time a representative by the name of Jenna answered and was rude to me and told me that it probably got lost in the mail. She told me to call the post office to take it up with them. She took no responsibility what so ever and didn't give me a clear answer. There are many blogs about this website not paying people, which scares me. I have done my part in sending the books on time, and following directions. I wonder if Textbookwheel will live up to their word.

	A while ago	Just got the check deposited without any problem. The entire process is a bit slow, but no argument with book status, payment amount, etc. Give it a 4 start (or 4.5 if there is one such choice).
