Comment: TextbookManiac is an excellent place to sell your books. Their customer service department has been very helpful in answering questions. The speed of payment varies depending on the season but they are very good at accepting books even if the books have some extra wear.

Comment: The most reliable of the buyback companies. True to their word, they pretty much always accept the book, though at times there are reasonable adjustments based on condition. I always select TextbookManiac when there are multiple offers in the same range.

Comment: I am a book reseller and I have been sending books to maniac since 2019! They are generally more lenient than other vendors in determining the condition of the books which is great if your books are a bit more "used". Yes.... they are a bit slower to pay but they are definitely trustworthy and also responsive to questions. I will continue to send my books to Maniac!

Comment: If you’re looking for speedy processing and payment look elsewhere. If being able to track the order, and see something other than the word submitted you’ll def be frustrated. Giving two starts because emails are replied to promptly, albeit it’s the same response every time.
